Custom Items

Custom orders are unique and specially made for you, which means we're unable to cancel or accept returns on these items. We only offer replacements for defective or damaged custom orders.

Non-Customized Items

If you wish to return a non-customized item for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@evounsly.store to submit a return request.
  2. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit your request.
  3. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
  4. Returns must be securely packed, well-taped, tear-proof, and leak-proof.
  5. The product must be complete, including all accessories.

Products Ineligible for Return or Exchange

Please note that the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Consumables such as lamps, batteries, and liquids
  • Vouchers or coupons
  • Items received more than 30 days after delivery
  • Customized items
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items
  • Items missing original packaging

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be issued, such as:

  • Books with significant signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, video cassettes, software, video games, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to a defect

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email info@evounsly.store with your exchange request.

Shipping

To return your product, please email info@evounsly.store with your return request. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, and shipping charges will not be refunded. The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
